Christie’s Quilting Boutique started in 2012. We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this December!
Christie initially started her store as an online eBay seller but quickly realized that there was a need for a local quilt shop in her community. Since then, the shop has grown and flourished while providing a home to the creative quilting minds that helped the business grow.
The shop is home to over 1,000 bolts of fabric! The shop provides an extensive number of services to include: longarm services and various classes taught by Christie and local quilters and creative designers such as Denyse Schmidt, Kate Spain, and Leni Levenson Weiner to name a few.
The shop also offers sew-in days, and contributes in many charitable efforts – coming up is the Quilts for Ukraine sew-in Saturday! We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Christie’s latest acknowledgement – she has been nominated to receive the Community Service Award by the local Daughters of the American Revolution for her Quilts of Valor participation.
Christies is also a Bernina retailer. Most recently Christie and her clients have developed a love for all things ByAnnie, and she is excited to be hosting a ByAnnie Trunk show throughout the entire month of November. In addition, she will be hosting multiple ByAnnie classes in the coming months!
