Christie’s Quilting Boutique started in 2012. We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this December!Christie initially started her store as an online eBay seller but quickly realized that there was a need for a local quilt shop in her community. Since then, the shop has grown and flourished while providing a home to the creative quilting minds that helped the business grow.The shop is home to over 1,000 bolts of fabric! The shop provides an extensive number of services to include: longarm services and various classes taught by Christie and local quilters and creative designers such as Denyse Schmidt, Kate Spain, and Leni Levenson Weiner to name a few.The shop also offers sew-in days, and contributes in many charitable efforts – coming up is the Quilts for Ukraine sew-in Saturday! We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Christie’s latest acknowledgement – she has been nominated to receive the Community Service Award by the local Daughters of the American Revolution for her Quilts of Valor participation.Christies is also a Bernina retailer. Most recently Christie and her clients have developed a love for all things ByAnnie, and she is excited to be hosting a ByAnnie Trunk show throughout the entire month of November. In addition, she will be hosting multiple ByAnnie classes in the coming months!
